A personal touch.....

Welcome to Seaside Property Management, L.L.C. and Folly Beach! As a Veteran of the US Air Force, I began a new career in the property management business in 2013. I’d retired in 2008 and continued working as an engineer. In 2013 the house at 312 W. Cooper Avenue became available. I recognized an opportunity to fully retire and purchased the home, investing in what would become my new career. I am now a small business owner and property manager. Over the last five years, my small business has grown and I now manage five houses. I’ve kept my company small to avoid the inevitable burnout too much growth can cause (I am semi-retired after all!!), but may entertain a few more suitable houses at some point. I am now a fully involved, full time Folly Beach resident.  Being so close to my properties allows me to really get to know my guests, oversee each house personally, and experience all there is to do and see at the Edge of America.  Whether it’s crabbing, fishing, surfing, touring or just relaxing on the beach, I look forward to helping my guests as they realize those same experiences and make fond memories along the way.
